Supporting the 100-strong Zinc7 cohort of founders in creating value propositions addressing climate-related health issues, using behavioural psychology and customer experience development.
Built a strategic regional studio for EY Seren; founded BRITE — Bristol's first interdisciplinary financial services innovation hub. Delivered a landmark design conference in month 3.

Cosmetic design is easy. Structural design is hard. My work targets the latter — shifting operating models, leadership behaviours, and organisational culture so that human-centred thinking becomes business as usual.
The best design outcomes I've seen come from teams that ask better questions — not teams that move faster. I invest in building curiosity and a growth mindset alongside any technical design capability.

Every system — digital, organisational, regulatory — is ultimately used by a person. I keep that person at the centre regardless of how complex the system becomes or how powerful the stakeholders around it are.
I don't believe in big reveals. I believe in building, showing, learning, and improving — in cycles short enough that failure is cheap and learning is compounding.
